This encompassed substantial enabling works to a residential development in Morecambe. Following the site strip we constructed a temporary road to access the site. Tree removal was undertaken by us as well as the burial of a significant amount of hazardous material in a cell which was a large saving to the client.
We then undertook a substantial remodelling exercise where 20,000 tonnes of surplus materials were removed from site to tip. The road box was then excavated before the road formation and site were stoned up to the required formation levels using our imported aggregates.
